Return Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as underwear, sports bras, and intimate apparel may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. Return instructions will be provided once your request is approved. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Non-Refundable Items
Gift cards, final sale items, and promotional items are not eligible for refunds.
